We aim to offer clients space and time to help explore and clarify any difficulties they may be facing. These could include personal and relationship issues, bereavement, illness, stress, redundancy, depression, sexual, physical, emotional or spiritual abuse.
As counsellors and therapists we work to the client’s agenda. This may include a spiritual dimension if the client wishes. We work with clients from any ethnic background, of any faith or none.
Counselling may help you understand and value yourself more, with opportunity to face the future with greater confidence. We offer short and long term therapy dependant on the needs of the client.
Our work is confidential except in certain circumstances which will be discussed with the client.
